Alison Bowder, Founding Partner
Ali brings a rare blend of analytic rigor and emotional intelligence to every engagement. Over her 22-year federal career, she led national security analysis efforts and later directed employee relations for a large intelligence agency, supporting a workforce of 1,800. In that role, she worked closely with Lisa and Liz as part of the agency’s employee relations leadership team. Known for her empathy, discretion, and ability to connect across roles and ranks, Ali has guided senior leaders through complex investigations, performance crises, and cultural turning points. At Faro Point Consulting, she helps organizations navigate sensitive personnel challenges with fairness, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of human dynamics.

Lisa Sheldon, Founding Partner
Lisa is known for her professionalism, strategic insight, and ability to lead with both clarity and care. With more than 20 years of experience in the national security community, she has trained and led diverse teams, shaped policy, and driven collaboration across complex organizational environments. Most recently, she worked alongside Ali and Liz as part of the employee relations leadership team at a large intelligence agency, where she led sensitive workplace investigations and conducted hundreds of consultations with a steady, principled approach. A U.S. Army veteran, Lisa draws on her investigative expertise and creative instincts to help organizations build healthier, more accountable cultures.

Elizabeth O'Reilly, Senior Director
Liz is known for her precision, discretion, and an unshakable commitment to integrity. With nearly 30 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, she has served as Chief of Staff and Staff Director across multiple organizations—advising senior leaders and managing complex initiatives related to workforce strategy, cultural transformation, and crisis response. Most recently, she worked alongside Ali and Lisa as part of the employee relations leadership team where she guided high-stakes personnel matters with fairness and exceptional judgment. At Faro Point Consulting, she brings institutional depth, moral clarity, and a steady hand to help clients navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen accountability.

Stephanie McDonald, Senior Advisor
Stephanie is known for her collaborative approach to problem solving and expertise developing and drafting policy. With more than 20 years of experience as an attorney and oversight officer in both the government and private sector, Stephanie has transformed cross-functional teams, served as a trusted advisor to senior officials, and built diverse and lasting coalitions that achieved positive outcomes. Most recently, she led the counsel and legislative affairs teams within a federal office of inspector general. In this role, she advised on sensitive criminal and administrative investigations, audits, inspections, and reviews; and developed internal personnel policies and processes that strengthened accountability, transparency, and consistency. She frequently partnered with Ali, Lisa, and Liz to identify sound solutions to the most sensitive and complex personnel issues.
